Initial examination and diagnostics
Based on the initial clinical examination, orthopan (OPG) and CBCT 3D images, we determine the condition of the bone and see if you are an ideal candidate for dental implants ALL ON 4 or ALL ON 6 method, or suggest you the best implant-prosthetic rehabilitation solution for your specific case. The procedure and the process itself depend on the patient’s condition: no matter if it is necessary to treat or extract damaged teeth, everything is performed under local anesthesia and therefore the procedure is painless.

Insertion of the implant
We place 2 implants vertically in the edentulous jaw, in position two, while the posterior implants are placed at a certain angle. After the insertion, we start making temporary prostheses, which will allow you full functionality of your teeth 24 hours after the procedure.

Osseointegration
This is followed by a phase in which the implant grows together with the jawbone. Meanwhile you have a temporary prosthesis. This phase usually lasts 3 to 6 months, depending on the patient. After completing this process, your body should fully accept the implants placed.

Dental impression
When we are satisfied with the progress of the previous steps, it is time to take impressions and do the final prosthetic work. This is done in our state-of-the-art digital laboratory using CAD-CAM technology.

Installation of a fixed prosthetic work
The last step involves the installation of a fixed prosthetic work, in this case a dental bridge, which will be attached to the implants.

We use special surface anesthetics so that you don’t even feel the puncture of the syringe. If necessary, we use special PAINLESS electrical injections that gradually administer the anesthetic without building up any pressure.

Of course, it can also happen with us that an implant falls out. There are many factors on our side and yours that can lead to this. It is much more important for you to know that these are very rare occurrences (less than 1% in Polyclinic Smile) and that we will quickly settle such situations in your favor, of course WITHOUT any additional costs.
Only in very few patients is it not possible to insert an implant or repair the bone in order to be able to insert an implant. In 99% of all cases, our surgeons are able to carry out repairs with the patient’s own bone material in order to enable the use of an implant. Our clinic is a BONE MANAGEMENT center specializing in the most complicated cases in the buccal cavity, such as a lack of bone material. DENTAL IMPLANTS ALL ON 4 and ALL ON 6 treatments are intended for patients with bone deficiency.
All our interventions are short. In 95% of the cases, the work is completed on the same day. If possible, we try to carry out as many treatment steps as possible in one patient visit, thus reducing the number of treatment appointments and saving our patients time.
One of the most demanding procedures, the use of Pro Arch dental implants ALL ON 4 or ALL ON 6 in edentulous patients (use of 4 or 6 implants), should be possible to manage within a maximum of 5 clinic visits.

We organize appropriate accommodation. Even with major interventions, such as in completely edentulous patients (if there is enough bone material), no more than 5 clinic visits are necessary, all this in a period of 4-6 months.
