How do you collect points?
For a recommendation to family and friends who are not yet our patients and come to the Smile Polyclinic for the first time, you will receive 10 points each. When your family members or friends come to the clinic, they will receive a free dental examination and panoramic scan, as well as dental treatment advice. As an additional bonus, because they came to us through you, they get free professional tartar cleaning.
If you have accumulated a sufficient number of points through referrals, the Smile Polyclinic will reward you with gift vouchers worth € 70, 150 and 200.
You can spend the credit on the gift voucher on the following services:
- Lunch or dinner at Ružmarin – Opatija restaurant, Valle Losca restaurant (Volosko) or Trattoria restaurant (Volosko)
- Massage in Thai center Opatija
- Hairdressing services (Tesa hair salon, Pink hair salon in Opatija)
- Day trip organized by agency Katarina Line Opatija (Plitvice, Venice, Istria…)
- Aesthetic services in the Smile Polyclinic (Botox, Hyaluron-Filler, PRF facial treatment)

How does it start?
- Register in our “FAMILY & FRIENDS” program so that we can register you as a participant. Simply fill out the contact form (you can find it here: https://smile.hr/smile-preporuka/)
- Make an appointment personally for a family member or friend by calling 00385-51-561-400.
- In addition to the first and last name of the patient, be sure to also give your first and last name as a recommender. When your family member/friend comes to our clinic, he/she should give your first and last name again as a referrer. Points (10) are automatically credited to your account. Once you collect enough points, you receive a gift voucher.
The person to whom you recommended us can register via the contact form and enter your data in the RECOMMENDATION field. Be sure to enter your data in the RECOMMENDATION field: first and last name, phone number (mobile phone in the format 003859xxxxxxx) and your email, which you use to communicate with us.
