Thanks to our Planmeca device, which provides high-quality and clear images of the jaw, making accurate diagnoses has never been easier.
Within our clinic we have the most modern technology on the market, such as CBCT – 3D imaging – the most detailed and precise imaging, on the basis of which we create a detailed therapy plan. The ability to create a prototype of the finished work is now a must-be for any reputable dental clinic focused on high-quality implant placement.
Before starting the installation of dental implants, it is necessary to do a CT scan of your jaw and perform all the necessary preoperative procedures so that the implant installation goes smoothly. The available technology contributes significantly to the success of the implantation. The use of minimally invasive methods accelerates the recovery process itself.
For the production of crowns and bridges, the dental laboratory of the Smile Polyclinic most often uses the metal-free oxide ceramic zirconium oxide. Our dental laboratory has two high-quality devices for milling Cad-Cam material: an Ivoclar Programill PM7 and a Wieland device. We also use a Straumann P40 printer.
We use material from the world-renowned companies Ivoclar Vivadent from Liechtenstein and DeguDent Dentsply Sirona from Germany, which build on many years of tests and studies on their materials.
During the first examination, the current patient situation is recorded with the help of a modern Trio 3Shape intraoral scanner and the patient is photographed for therapy purposes. A special impression is taken of the ground teeth with an intraoral camera (scanner), which contains hundreds of small photos and combines them into one image using software.
The procedure is much more comfortable and faster than classic impressions with silicone materials. Temporary teeth are digitally fabricated from PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate), a material hard enough to withstand the daily wear and tear of the buccal cavity. The possibility of choosing a colour also fulfils the important criterion of aesthetics.
